Salary Structure

  • The former compensation plan consisted of 23 pay grades. Within each pay grade were 21 fixed pay steps.
  • In the new compensation plan, the 23 pay grades have been consolidated into 9 pay bands. There are no incremental steps within the band.
  • The Salary Structure Conversion Table is shown below.
