Distinguishing Features of the Work

Coordinates cash and stock accountability control in retail outlets throughout the State.

Makes audit inspections of retail outlets, verifies funds, checks records reports and files. Monitors compliance with ABC regulations and state laws. Reports on efficiency of store operations. Assists in training of employees regarding new reports and procedures. Coordinates the opening, closing, relocation and conversion of all self-service retail outlets. Makes special investigations for the Division Director.

Reports to ABC Stores Assistant Director.

 

Qualification Guide

Considerable experience in auditing and accounting procedures. Thorough knowledge of ABC regulations and state laws. High school graduation preferred.
